That usually means someone else got them first. Check to see if they are still available as a free agent.

Go to players then waiver report. It will tell you the order of how it was processed and if someone got them before you.

I wouldnt touch Sanders with a 10 foot pole. He is one of the most inconsistent fantasy players I have ever seen. Its a shame really with the talent he has.
