Martial's being rested for Spurs.We'll make at least one attacking subsititution. For Gomes to get on, he'll likely need to jump ahead of Lukaku and Lingard in terms of necessity. That'll only happen if we're winning by a large margin and Yeolvil don't play an overly physical game.Martial and Pogba completely out of squad means they will be starting against Spurs no doubt so I highly doubt Sanchez will play mainly on the left the upcoming matches.
