The score predictions after a loss :lol::lol:
Watching the predictions over the course of a season is funny. For the past few years it'll always start with a high win percentage for us, and as the season goes on it'll get lower and lower as people lose all hope. It's started a lot earlier than usual this season.

Voted 5-0 West Ham. Disappointed that option isn't leading.

Noticed that too. I usually always tip United to win, but even i went for a 2-2 draw this time.
Dark times, my friend, dark times.

West Ham away is a bogey ground for us, fully expect is to drop points again.

I class our record at Stamford Bridge as worthy of the 'bogey ground' title.

I think it's more the fact that the rare defeats we have had at West Ham have been bruising (and therefore memorable) ones - Curbishley's first game in 2006, the 4-0 League Cup game in 2010 and their final match at Upton Park costing us CL football.

We're not epected to win at the Bridge, so the bogey ground tag doesn't apply. Although to be fair, West Ham changing grounds kind of removes the bogey ground tag from them as well. Still not a fixture to look forward to.

If we lose this, its going to get seriously toxic. They've played well the last couple of games have West Ham. This won't be pretty.

On a contrary, this place and United fanbase in general will have a much clearer view on things and I think this season may open many new doors and the whole new consensus for this club.

I do hope we'll trash Moyes and his face will turn 70 years older once again. I can't stand the guy and I do hope it will be his beloved Fellaini who will stab his team.

    *Pellegrini.

Moyes left them last season. Pellegrini is their manager now.

This is the kind of game that when the serious questions are just away to be asked and fingers pointed we pull out a result to halt it. So although I’m going to say 2-2 draw I think if we play like we did yesterday then West Ham could easily turn us over.

    -------------DDG-------
    Dalot Smalling Lindelof Shaw
    Valencia Pereira Matic Young
    -------------Pogba-----------
    ------------Martial-----------

I know the team will look nothing like this but if I was the manager, it's what I'd pick.

We’ve not won by 8 since 1995 and not scored 6 even since Fergie left and the 8-2 against Arsenal.

It's going to painful to see West Ham play a decent game of football while Mourinho has us hoofing it to Lukaku and Fellaini.

To be fair, we have tried to play football a bit more this season. One of the problems has been that as soon as we press up and try to dominate the ball, we expose our useless defence and inevitably concede.

No we haven't, and we don't "press" either and we always dominate the ball against the smaller teams but our attack is so slow and laboured we don't do anything at all. And even last season when we were parking the bus, De Gea had to bail us out often.

Missed the Spurs game did you?

You think we pressed in the Spurs game? Have you seen how Liverpool play or how City play or how Barcelona pressed back in the day, that's pressing. What we do is run around a bit more with no coordination whatsoever and concede possession like idiots by having our defenders hoof everything out of sight. I'd rather we park the bus than half-assedly try to look like pressing.

Of course we don't press like City or Liverpool, but I think we were more proactive than usual in the Spurs game. The clowns comprising our backline make it a rather risky strategy, though. As was said on here numerous times during the summer - a few decent defenders would likely do wonders for our appalling attacking play.

As long as Phil Jones doesn't play, we can definitely win this.
I think playing away from OT, also helps, as Jose can set us up defensively, which he is good at.
The problems happen at OT, where he is trying to play attacking and it just isn't working.

We're in deep shite.I expect Pogba to start but it's all too late now.West Ham will start fast and that will be to much for us.
Feck sake, how pessimistic do I sound:(.

So even though sky normally have the 12.30 games, because it's United Bt sport have it. Winds me up that unless you have sky and bt (which costs a fortune) you can only watch half the televised games.

The more they split the packages up, the more it costs the consumer.

    Martial -- Lukaku -- Mata
    ------Pogba-------Pereira-----
    --------------Matic-----------
    -Shaw--Smalling-Bailly-Valencia
    ------------DeGod------------

I just realized I'm gonna miss this game as I'll be at my nieces Birthday party, hopefully I can dodge the result and watch it when I get home.

Just saw West Ham won 8-0, I know they beat a team that is bottom of League Two but it will still give them confidence going into the game.

I'd like to see us continue with a 4231.

    I would go with:

    Lukaku
    Martial Sanchez Lingard
    Matic Pogba
    Shaw Lindelof Smalling Valencia
    De Gea
