Offside wasn't the reason the penalty was cancelled. The offside doesn't count, because Maguire hasn't the touched. So if it would be a foul, the penalty would stand. But that was never enough for a pen.
Maguire was fouled, but he was also offside.Martial's regression this season has been abysmal. Real shocker so far.
