I've said it before and I'll say it again... I have never once seen us play well in red shirt, black shorts.

This is dreadful. Back to the same SLOW start. This is such a repeated issue, why is Ole not working on rectifying it?

Thing is, now they have their goal they can just sit back and we all know how we struggle with defensive sat back sides...

Lindelof trying to be overly physical now since being embarrassed. Oh my fecking Christ, he is useless.
In fairness if you're essentially being told you can hand off to the face, he's allowed to up the ante a bit

Lindelof weak in the air, De Gea doesn't charge for a cross. We concede away. Tell me something new.

This one's on Ole - starting DDG was obviously bound to end in disaster, he's not the sort of keeper who picks himself out of bad form. It just gets worse and worse.

Bingo. I think a more proactive keeper collects the cross.

Do referees ever punish goalkeepers for going over the 6 seconds with the ball in hand?

I’ve only ever seen it in Women’s soccer Canada v USA which cost Canada the match...was the most insane thing I’ve ever seen. Also, got a pen and some other dodgy decisions

Can anybody explain how we are third? Has everyone else really been that shit?

West Brom is set up well. They’re not pressing the center backs or weak side outside back unless he’s forward.

Ball either needs to get high and wide quickly, which it hasn’t yet, or United have to actually play through the center of midfield in this formation and I don’t see that happening given their personnel.

it’s going to be a long day.

Fernandes has been really really poor recently. Worrying.

Martial out wide has to be involved a million times more than this, he might as well not be playing.

How can we continue with this? How does he keep getting chances?

We are seriously playing with 10 men.

You don't think a goalkeeper on 300k a week should be coming off his line to claim a slow, high, looping cross like that?
De Gea is not worth the money. Before and after he got the new contract his levels have dropped remarkably. He is back to the old De Gea, scared to come off his line and dominate the penalty box, and is not secure. His form if an outfield player would see him dropped before now. But for some reason we give goalkeepers chance after chance. Right now Romero at the levels he showed for us is a better keeper. How can we have such a great roster of great goalkeepers and choose the one that is bang off it between the sticks.

The foul was barely anything and not the reason he got out jumped. Why isn’t on the floor and doesn’t even make an attempt to head it? Bullied.
Seriously, wise up. If your hero as good as you think he is he’ll be back in the team soon.

We need someone else in midfield who can put there foot on the ball. Fred is a waste of a shirt in games like this.

Can anybody explain how we are third? Has everyone else really been that shit?
We have made up an obscene amount of points with last minute goals and penalties. I guess it's logical we aren't able to keep that up.

Clearly there are comfortable positions where you get the most of players. Particularly when Martial has been abysmal.

All for dropping Martial. The argueme that Rashford is stiffled on the RW and can't play well there is nonsense though. To be honest they should be interchanging anyway.

No, I like Martial. But he has done nothing to earn his place back. Not only that, it takes our best left winger and puts him in a position he's not comfortable in. Creates an issue in the balance of the team. If Martial is bang on form I would understand, but when he's out of form and not offering much I don't see the point
I don't disagree tbh. Rashford is better on the left so maybe try Martial on the right ?
