It's not a shit bench. Mata is great player for picking up the pockets of spaces and providing movement. So is VDB. Anyone with fresher legs is an improvement as of now.

One sub in 105 minutes.

Not only does it show the (justifiable) lack of faith in our understudies atm, it's also why we really needed either Greenwood or Rashford on the bench to come on and make an impact. From the start that bench just screamed 'no game changers' and 'no one that Ole can trust in a final to take off the key starters for'.
