Thought we’d win it second half after we got the goal, but two shots on target says much about our attack today. Dominated the game, but not worked the keeper.
Put Henderson on at 119. If it goes to penalties we will lose with De Gea.
Worrying this now is almost any sub we make now is a downgrade in terms of ability.
Imagine what the opposition are thinking. They must think our lads are made of steel. Put the fear in them. Once that's settled, get our subs on and finish them off. If we haven't already. The hell Ole? Still no subs?
do an LVG and sub your goalie in that situationWe have to make a sub. It's madness imo
Villarreal are just shite.McT actually played well in the second half. More and more incisive as the game went on
Villareal are shite physically.
I wonder why Ole doesn’t make subs in game like this where we need some fresh legs or a fresh idea? I’ve never seen that before since I’ve been watching football. Shows what he thinks of his bench you could say.
“Tells quite a story that Man United still haven’t made a change yet”
....have you looked at the bench?!
Record says saved 11 of 64 in his career. Almost 2 in 10?Its either winning it at extra times or were fecked, there's no way we'll beat them in penalties. Not with De Gea, maybe Ole could pull a LVG and change Henderson if it comes to that.
Absolutely. Won't lose anything by trying. Plus Hendo is more aggressive and in your face.I was just thinking that. Pull a Van Gaal and get Henderson on for pens if it gets that far.
And doesn’t have what is neededI've thought it for months that he cannot read a game. He doesnt make a sub because he doesnt know what is needed.
Yip.I've thought it for months that he cannot read a game. He doesnt make a sub because he doesnt know what is needed.
I do not, and will never, trust us in a penalty shoot out.
Literally, nobody proven on the bench though is there. Because Fred wasn't fit we've gone all-in with our starting lineup. People always want subs but if our best players are on the pitch and the manager believes they are the most likely to score then why change?
Have you seen rashfords performance tonight. I really dont think its possible for anyone to play any worse“Tells quite a story that Man United still haven’t made a change yet”
....have you looked at the bench?!
No one is inspiring in the bench except for Amad maybe
Regardless of what happens here, McTominay has been fecking brilliant tonight.
