Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (nicknamed Spurs and The Lillywhites) are a professional football club based in Tottenham, London; and were founded in 1882 as Hotspur Football Club by grammar-school boys from the Bible class at All Hallows Church. Spurs played in the Southern League until 1908 - when they were elected into the Football League Second Division, and hold the unique distinction of being the only non-league club to win the FA Cup (1901) since the formation of The Football League League. Spurs play their homes games at White Hart Lane, and share a historic rivalry with neighbors, Arsenal - termed the North London Derby.

I Would love it if we could spoil the party but the final has to be our priority. Play a mixture of youth and senior players and hopefully not lose. Tuanzebe should get another start, Rooney should remain on the bench.

I don't care if we lose this, but we must rest all the first choice players. They have nothing left.

Also if Chelsea don't win against West Brom before this game, then Mourinho can technically win the title for Chelsea by not letting Spurs win

I just hope we don't lose. Can't stand Spurs and their rugby football.

He'll rest players no doubt, still doesn't sit comfortable with me though hearing a Man Utd manager say that any game "doesn't matter".

They're going to smash us, I don't really care though.

Will all be meaningless if Arse or Liverpool win. One of these things is highly likely.

So it will most likely be a reserve side.

We're going to get absolutely bummed to be honest.
It has been said so often but has never happened and I doubt it will happen this time despite the fact we haven't looked good recently.

    De Gea
    Tuanzebe Smalling Jones Darmian
    Carrick
    Herrera Pogba
    Mata Martial Rooney
Don't expect much from this game. 2-0 to Spurs.

True, but I still think we'll get bummed on the pitch. It just won't be reflected in the score line. Probably a 2-0 win for Spurs for their WHL send off.

I almost expect to be watching this game through my fingers and being relieved at the end when United have avoided a hammering.

Can't we forfeit this one? Maybe our bus can be 'late' again.

    Team should be...

    ---------------De Gea---------------
    Tuanzebe--Bailly--Jones--Darmian
    -------Carrick-------Rooney-------
    Mata--------McTominay--------Lingard
    ---------------Martial---------------

Subs: Romero, Smalling, Blind, Herrera, Pogba, Rashford, Mkhitaryan

I'm tempted to not even watch that, to be honest. What good could come out of it, really?

Does Mitchell have a chance to play left wingback? Or will Mourinho force Blind?

    Mata--------McTominay--------Lingard

Looks good. I'd go along with that.

    --------------De Gea--------------
    Tuanzebe-Smalling-Jones--Shaw
    --------------Carrick---------------
    ------Literally-----No Clue---------
    Lingard----------------------Martial
    --------------Rooney---------------

Get Williams and Tuanzebe on the pitch before Smalling will destroy himself and Jones for the final.

Call me deluded, but think we should play a strong team. Definitely start Bailly and any players who aren't too tired and go for it. Arsenal draw away to Stoke or at home to Everton and Liverpool lost away to West Ham and this 4th spot that is allegedly impossible is actually reachable.

Spurs will be up for this though, but would hate to see us do what we did against Arsenal should Arsenal and or Liverpool drop points on Saturday.

Don't really care about this game.

Our season depends on the Ajax game.

I have a feeling both Arsenal and Liverpool will drop points and we will win only to drop points in the next game and be exactly where we were.
