    Enjoyed that a lot more than the last time we played this lot. Not perfect, plenty of mistakes in the lads but they also look like they have another goal in them. Enjoyable first half.
     
    Rashford just has to cut in and shoot there. You know, do what he did which made his season so great until after the Palace game when he started thinking he was Ronaldo again.
     
    Playing quite well, both teams look strong going forward. Better decisions in the final third and hopefully we’ll score again.

    Rashford’s in the sort of form where you just know he’s going to make a bad decision in a decent position right now, but he’ll come good again soon.
     
    Our attack is getting too comfortable, because they know they'd play however fecked up they are games after games.
     
    Pogba and Martial are our only players with any composure.

    A little excessive, but we all have to make sacrifices.

    I nominate that kid from Lost. He was so annoying.
     
    We are playing alright, but the defending has been poor in our own half. Although once they equalised we started to take over the game again.

    Really? That’s a great example of how to referee with the current laws and directives. He lets the game flow and is not afraid to bring play back for a free kick or penalty.
     
    I was worried about Fred before the start but he’s been one of our better players. We’ve been too sloppy for my liking, really lacking composure in the final third.

    They had some 5-10 good minutes but the rest has been United. we should have scored 2 more goals imo.
     
    Sevilla are there for the taking. They’ve been the better side by a hair I think, but they’re so open at the back we really should kill them off.
     
    Unfortunately, game seems to be too big for us. Dogshit performance all around. Fred, Mcgwire, Wan Bissaka have ZERO offensive abilities. Pogba, Bruno and Marcus look lost. How many poor passes have we made? 50 percent?

    Always felt he was a little over rated, he’s quick but not a great reader of the game, not a great crosser or passer of the ball, over rates his long range ability, mostly due to dodgey keeping than anything else

    Fred’s been very good, agree. In both directions.

    Rashford really needs to get a firm talking to, and our midfield needs to control the middle of the park more, they were all over.
     
    I dont understand why we seat back after the goal, was an obvious mistake by Williams but by seating so deep we allowed them plenty of chances.

    I doubt its that. More likely its down to his injury.

    There is a time and a place for the tippy tappy as well but feck me they are trying to walk it into the net sometimes.

    I've seen enough to say if we improve in 2nd half we can win this. But it can go either way.
     
    Bruno, Fred and Maguire have been good.

    AWB, Williams and Rashford have been awful.
     
    I think some of Greenwood's criticism is a little unfair. When he's passed the ball, it's mostly been the right pass and progressed the play. Rashford on the other hand isn't making obvious passes in the first place. Head down, skill attempt and turnover.

    That's exactly what's happening. Willaims' positioning has to improve but he is getting no help from Rashford. He seems to have become lazy as well apart from absolutely crap going forward.

    On the other wing, AWB is as shite as always going forward, trying to blindly cross in when he gets near the opposition box and unable to complete simple 5 yard passes successfully otherwise.

    In this form, it will be Rashford on the bench rather than Greenwood if Sancho comes.
     
    AWB is getting so much space, you have to wonder if it's a tactic done on purpose by Sevilla to allow him to come up and open up that right side and knowing he won't do any damage, because the amount of time he has got the ball to just easy whip a cross in is startling. A competent crosser would have created so many opportunities.
