Think his delivery has been shite.It's just an unfair rule because the attacker has such an advantage. If it hits your arm as you jump as the attacker oh well you've lost a slight chance, hits you as the defender and it's a certain goal.
as should the position of the players arms. If i jump into the air with my arms straight up like I am playing basketball does it really matter the distance from where the player is before contacting my arms.
