Giving Mata a new deal was mad. Dan James would have been a huge improvement on Mata and James hasnt been at it for months.

We and he are struggling due to Mata and Lingard and no one taking up good positions ahead of them, no intelligent movement.
This has been our problem earlier this season, breaking down poor teams; Fred looks more accomplished against teams that apply pressure higher up the pitch and leave more space in behind, when he can avoid a tackle and find a quick pass forward.

That's not what coaching does for the most part. More of than not it takes the decision making out of the players hands.Just too many changes at once, lets see some pace introduced with Rashford and pogba 2nd half on for Lingard and mata.It's not pretty, but win this 1-0 and it's job done and most key players have had a rest.
