    Onana is NOT an excellent goalkeeper. What are these pundits on about. You cannot compare him to when De Gea arrived. The Spaniard was a kid. Onana is simply erratic. Capable of elaborate, dangerous flamboyance and error prone. I know United is a bit of a circus these days but we really don't need a clown.
     
    Looking at the bench.. not too sure why were playing defenders out of position.
     
    onana is a top keeper when looking at the stats. everytime the stats are negative everyone on here is destroying the player, when the stats are good it doesnt count. weird. and rashy will score sooner than later, he is one of our top players. just give the players a chance. we have quite a good run in the pl, today is a really hard test. if we win and we get some players back we have every chance to play a part in title race. its city you have to beat and we could be 2 pts adrift come the end of the day

    To be honest even going forward is iffy. He can't cross and, while he capable of very good passes, his general passing is terrible. He has such a bad tendency to play a wayward pass from out on the wing into midfield multiple times a game. A player who has all the raw materials but, for some reason, can't put it all together.

    Don’t be fuming about the media praising our own players. Life is too short.
     
    Onana makes everybody nervous, and you can not trust him. He has made so many strange decisions and actions in this season and has been the worst keeper, I have ever seen in United, who is in the starting 11 week after week
     
    Martial must be a beast in training, one of these weeks he will show us what ETH sees.
     
    Hope we can reverse the narrative tonight and not give the Barcodes and the ABUs what they expect.

    I agree. He was better on Wednesday.

    Still not the kind of performance that makes him a starter tonight for me though. I think if we’re drawing in the second half he may be able to come in & do something tonight.

    I’m ok with Onana and Martial starting. We have no real backup keeper, so live with it we must. Hojlund is the future but right now it’s not coming together for him, not yet at least. If we’re in a scrape in the 70th minute we can bring him on.

    Maguire was for sale, in the Summer, because he is not half the CB Varane is. Never was, and never will be and Maguire should not be starting with Varane on the bench. Not in a million years does that make sense. But EtH keeps playing Maguire over Varane because he has gotten into some kind of fight with Varane. That is bullshit and hurts our club.

    And starting Rashford who has been horrible all season, when Anthony had a brilliant performance just couple days ago - how is that not favoritism?
