This sounds like you disappointed it's not.
Whenever we brought in some interesting talent who are off the radar (ex VDB, Diallo, Pellistri etc) Ole refused to play them. Ole refused to play promising talent who weren't generational talents as well, he ran the same XI (often proven players) to the ground and he begged a ridiculous amount of players to remain at the club only to refuse playing them. His coaching staff were mostly made up of his matey either from his Cardiff/Molde time or ex players. Those things suggest a spineless manager who goes in hiding (holiday) in a middle of a crisis. That does ring a bell doesn't it?Don’t think this is a great set of subs, we’re essentially giving up on midfield. Rashford and Ronaldo should have come off for Cavani and Sancho.
