Actually Nostradamus
Saint Maximillion scares me.
Don’t we have an amazing record on Boxing Day?We should be winning this easily, but it is Boxing day (well 27th) and you get strange results.
I saw pictures from playing match at training and couldn’t see him anywhere.Varane back surely?
Not sure but maybe him being injured and coming back late from every international break compared to the European players might play a part.Cannot understand how we've hardly played Cavani at all after he was our best player last season.
It's been so long since we've played our players should be so up for this game, I'm expecting a 3-0 win for Man Utd.
We are going to feel the same again next year with the stupid world cup in DecemberThe past 2 weeks feels like off-season. So odd to go through half of December with barely any games for us.
We have to beat these lot because they’re crap. No excuses not to get 6 points before the end of the year, unless games are cancelled obviously.
You've got it sussed. That's exactly why McTominay plays at CB for Scotland.DDG
Dalot Varane Maguire Telles
VdB Fred
Mason Bruno Sancho
Ronaldo
Three changes for me. Varane is world class and simply one of the best defenders of this generation, so has to play. If Donny can’t get the game against the team at the foot of the table, then I don’t know when he will play. He’s not replacing Scholes or Carrick either, rather Scotland’s bang average centre back who plays there because McGinn, Gilmour and even McGregor and Christie from the SPL are better options than him in his natural position. Mason has looked very good in his cameos, and has definitely outperformed Marcus this season. The rest of the team picks itself.
Newcastle 0-2 United. Ronaldo x1, Mason x1.
Is that you OleStart them both.
really hope we don't have some last minute call off.
We should be well rested and drilled.
Ralf will have a full squad available.
Yes. I am thinking about that twat having a vacation in Dubai.
Don’t we have an amazing record on Boxing Day?
Hope this is not called off last minute, I presume we are OK COVID wise, what about Newcastle ?
Think this is most likely to go ahead of the next 3, Burnley is a bit iffy and Wolves after that has a big question mark after their next game.Hope this is not called off last minute, I presume we are OK COVID wise, what about Newcastle ?
They'll just be full of Brown Ale, nothing getting through that.
Don’t we have an amazing record on Boxing Day?
I doubt either of them start.Start them both.
We have been very fortunate with our boxing day fixtures over the years, last defeat was Middlesbrough away in 2002
We’re getting way ahead of ourselves here. Even if we lost, all it would take is for Arsenal to get pumped by City and us to beat Burnley and we’re 5 points behind them with 2 games in hand. There’s so much more of the season to go. It only feels like a must win because we haven’t played in so long. After today's results, this is an absolute must win if we're to get into the top 4! Can't afford to be dropping points to shite.
