    that side is stronger than anything MK Dons could put out.

    If we do plan to play, Hernandez, Welbeck, and Kagawa as the trio, I hope Van Gaal adopts an intense high pressing game that would be almost impossible with Rvp, mata and Rooney. Such a gameplan would showcase an improvement in the team overall performance. Moreover, I also hope Van Gaal looks to give some of our youngster a try in midfield. They can not perform as badly as the last midfield partnership that took the pitch last weekend.

    5 players with Championship experience, 3 first team players and the superb Wilson.We'll hardly get spanked.
     
    I really hope we give Wilson his due. How can anyone leave out this kid when on his debut he scored two important goals. They were proper striker's finishes. Right place, right time. That goes well beyond his attributes which is pace, power and dribbling. This is in my opinion is why he is a superior talent to Welbeck.
     
    I don't know why the League Cup isn't made into a youth tournament with say 4 or 5 veteran players in each squad. That's practically what it is anyway.

    It's different for different clubs and gets more serious in latter stages for everybody.
     
    If Kagawa don't get a full 90-mins in THIS game it proves that LVG hates him (or he is out/frozen out of the club).
     
    Anderson - Powell midfield seems likely depending on who else has travelled.

    Don't want Anderson starting ahead of Pearson/Rothwell tbh.

    I assumed you were being sarcastic, but that's a silly comment. In one game he didn't do what LVG asked, or moreover, couldn't yet. While he's not top of the pecking order, it's clear there are several people behind him
