    Well we don't play a system that gives him any game time,I mean the last game he played in he came on as a holding midfielder.Van Gaal is trying to re-invent the wheel and smash square pegs in round holes.Players who are low in confidence are playing in a system they don't understand.
     
    We need Shaw and Rafael back. Hopefully they will make all the difference as they're actual footballers.

    Does anyone here think that LVG has used tonight to really highlight how bad the squad is? I'm beginning to believe he's experimented tonight at the expense of the result

    If this lot can't get themselves up for playing for LvG and those travelling fans then they want their bloody arses kicking from Milton Keynes back to Manchester.
     
    The silver lining will hopefully be buying a De Jong and Khedira two real men in the midfield who can both dish it out.

    Im not sure the problem is the 3-5-2, but rather the same deeply rooted problems of last season; a post-Ferguson psychological vacuum. Blaming Moyes, blaming the 3-5-2 - these might not be the real problems.
     
    I know the feeling lads, we got knocked out by the mighty Alcorcon a few seasons ago.

    United is a shambles at the moment though, what in the world is wrong with your team?!
     
    The guy even did that stupid "look the other way when you pass" move to set up the third goal. Talk about rubbing salt in our wounds. Ridiculous.
     
    When did we last see a united team that could cope with a pressing game?
     
    They're told how to line up and how and when to interact and how quickly to pass but did LvG actually bother to structure an idea of how to get the ball in the back of the net because if we're sussed by a league one side we don't stand a chance against even Burnley!

    What happened to our pre-season perfomances? Were all the other teams punkin' us?

    I am genuinely speechless. The gf just came Into the room and said 'why are you sitting there watching the tv with your mouth wide open?' I couldn't say anything, just paralysed so I just pointed toward the score. She said ooooh sorry and walk back out and closed the door. She is going get it tonight, no holding back everything is fair game!!!
