Elanga and Amad need loans out in January playing regular senior football, both look raw and a while off challenging for spots in our first team.

True but based on the totality of his career at the club so far and not just the last 60 minutes I would say Elanga has an excellent chance to be the latter. Needs a loan though, not ready for prime time yet.

It's great to be so clear on what we are trying to play. Love the high intensity, very entertaining style of play. Unsurprisingly, our players don't yet have skills and enough training to execute well, but it will come with time. Good enough against mid-tear teams.

p.s. If this game is any indication, Shaw-AWB pair is not nearly as good as Telles-Dalot. At least not right now. Bailly's game form isn't perfect but absolutely love his bravery. With enough playing time, I still think he is our second best CB, after Varane.
