    We aren't looking great or particularly threatening but we deserve to be ahead.

    I hope we won't go to absolute pieces in the second half as usual but I don't have high hopes.
     
    Antony will forever drive us mad. At least were up a goal. I don't know how much longer Eriksen has in this one but I think it would be wise for ETH to only give him another 10-15 minutes.
     
    We keep getting into the box but instead of shooting we pass backward so one of our players can sky a long range effort.
     
    I am sick of watching Antony.

    We should be at least 3-0 ahead. They need to stop shooting from 25 yards out as well.

    That was the Antony I had in mind when he was signed. Terrible decision at the end of the run but still. Very encouraging. He needs to bottle that up and play like that going forward. Meanwhile, on the other wing, we have a non-existent player in Sancho who is not aware that this is an important game. Garnacho on for Sancho please so we can finally play with 11 men.
     
    Reasonable performance, Bruno very good, Antony has been a constant source of frustration for Wolves and Utd. Wolves are as toothless as ever, all the different managers they have and it always seems to be the same team, decent defensively but no threat.

    I mean they have basically two first teams that would challenge for the league. No other teams have the luxury they do when it comes to dropping players

    Most of the time the other guy doesn't fall and he is forced to stop and turn back.
     
    Varane growing out his hair and goatee looks like a mega version of Jadon Sancho.
     
    Not great, but it'll do at this stage of the season. Long range shooting is woeful, and Sancho might just be the worst left winger in the league... But we look solid at the back at least
     
    Good half. Dominated them and we are looking much better than the last couple of games. But once again we struggle finishing our chances. Both making the right decision and playing the correct pass and also our finishing is once again poor.
     
    Bruno and Shaw our best players. Better finishing and it’s 3-0 up and game over. Wolves created shit and even with possession couldn’t do much. I’ve seen us turn these leads into lost points too many times to feel confident, but we weren’t bad, just crap it converting chances. If we fall off in 2nd half it can cost us.
     
    If Antony learns a bit better decision-making, he will be one hell of a player. But he REALLY needs to learn that
     
    Yeah Anthony is a complete moron. Why doesn't that twat pass it. Make the easy and obvious decision. Martial could have had a hat trick. I wish Martial would speak up. Fecking idiot. That's Twice now. Twice!
     
    Going to be a nervy 2nd half hanging on to a 1 - 0 lead , there is no ruthlessness in us at all , always leave a team in it.

    Still, he has been the most industrious and one who actually tries to do something. Sancho is making all the safe passes and basically doing nothing much.
     
    This team desperately suffers from selfishness coupled with poor decision making.

    Antony should've had 2/3 assists today, Bruno should not be shooting from there.

    And the amount of times our players wait until the very last second to pass sometimes is shocking so many passes easily caught out due to it

    Compeltely agree, especially playing in the deeper role, regardless of age he is still very godo technically but the overhype on him from many is strange to me as defensively he just doesnt have anything in his game to play there without the ball, especially at this stage in his career in a quality challenging side, he gets bypassed more easily than Mctominay yet rarely menioned
     
    Decent half, good goal. Wolves are shit. Score a second and be done with it.

    Antony has to get his shooting boots from somewhere. He is always in the right position but feck up so badly in the final third. He has now missed open chances against Brighton, Westham and now today. That's 9 points there.
     
    It's amazing the way people get on Antony's back though. A couple of poor (one calamitous) decisions, and should've done better with his header, but at least he's in the game. Sancho and Martial (apart from the goal) are doing feck all.

    And Antony - only attacking threat we have had
     
    This performance won't be enough for the rest of the games, we need to do way better.

    We have too many turnovers, miss passes and we try to shoot its always get blocked
     
    Antony is continuing his steady progress, very direct and threatening but loses his head when hes in the box.

    We'd be a lot better off if we had somebody getting in the box and taking these shots properly.
