Maybe it's because he's played better that LVG has taken him off - less humiliating for the Roon. Not that it should be a big deal (anyone can be subbed), but the length of time it has taken has made it one.

Think its gone exactly to plan. It was never going to be a thriller, you rarely get them against a Pulis team.

We simply had to win though. A special goal, for more than one reason to get the points. Couldn't ask for two much more.
