I know there are so many issues with this game and the club but when you have a average manager in charge, you get average results. Ole has 2 years almost, nothing has changed really, no consistency, just 2 good spells of 10 or 12 games, no style of play, no hunger in the team, pogba and maguire will always be picked. A lot needs to change and fast. If tomorrow we get a director of football, that would be a start but 2 years on from when Ed said he would get one, there is no news.
