Because Pogba would immediately put in a transfer request. Ole is scared.Taking Bruno off is bizarre, why wouldn't you take Pogba off?
This is just the type of shot that frustrates me. This and that Maguire will still carry on playing. Not a fan of Smalling but we will still sell him even though I’d admittedly say he is our best after being such a critic. This is rock bottom for our club and it’s been coming for a while. Terrible owners, terrible board and a manager that we all like but just isn’t good enough. Rotten from the top down.Ole smiling on the way out. What the feck?
You can coach as much as you want. You don't make those decsisions.
I cannot argue with this. Everton are benefitting from a coach that knows what he is doing. Has the pedigree... but we keep bouncing between different ideas and philosophies. We tried Sir Alex's choice, fail, we tried big name, fail, we tried another big name, fail, we tried an aspiring manager and I see this as a fail.OGS is the fecking manager and picks and trains this lot. I have lost all faith in him and trying to play a high pressing game with slow as feck players like Magurie, Matic and Pogba Will never work. The team is lacking workrate, stamina and showing no charachter. Send Keano into the dressing room and let him at these primadonnas and give OGS his one way ticket to Norway. Look at the fecking difference Ancelotti has made in short time at Everton.
Ole has some kind of inertia. I doubt he has in him to change the system. He is totally sold that those are the 11, that is the system, no matter what.Ole has to show some variety with players and systems. His 4 2 3 1 is getting picked apart by other managers. Same team same players every week.
At least Pogba is in a midfield 3 now!
That is the problem. A bunny rabbit would not be afraid of an Ole hairdryer. But he’s not able to get the best out of them is he? They obviously don’t care how he’ll react either. He’s not making the mistakes but he’s not coaching it out of them either.
Yep no need to waste his energy as we ain't getting 3 goals back here.Possibly to save him for the next game?
I’ll remember to laugh at your jokes next timeI didn't mean it. You sounded like a right salty cnut. You probably thought we were going to win today and Cavani is going to make us less of a laughing stock. Welcome to reality.
You really think Ole would learn and change from 4231?I just hope we pick ourselves up after this defeat. Take it on the chin and get to work.
His biggest mistake was trusting Pogba and Matic midfield..My problem with Ole is, how can he allow our defence be this bad to start the season. Something is clearly off. We were not like this last season. For all our issues breaking teams down ( which we have fixed), we were not this exposed defensively.
For me, either it has to do with fitness in the backline or a new systemic issue. If it is fitness, then Ole really dropped the ball in allowing some of our players go on holiday for as long as they did and not getting them ready to start the season. AWB for example, looks way off form.
But there is something else. The way AWB and Shaw have been tucking in so deeply these last two games suggests a system adjustment that is not working. Ole knows that Liverpool are a very consistent team, losing games this early due to poorly timed tactical tweaks and fitness are really costly mistakes. He has to shoulder some blame. I agree with you that there have been a lot of doom and gloom merchants this season, trying to bash the club and Ole for no reason prior to this point. They finally have a reason now.Something is wrong, it's too similar to the 18/19 start.
He is only one that stays fit....All this talk of who should partner Maguire when he is utterly garbage himself
Up until Martial’s red, I actually thought it was a pretty good game (apart the utter shambles at 1-1).
I wanted allegri when ole got the job (I remain unconvinced by Poch). we'll probably contact lester and be told to feck off! There’s a whole bunch of out of work managers
Don’t think they’d be able to, no.Can someone break yours
That’s a pathetic attitude.Dont think so. Better to rest him as this game is lost
Genuine question, do you guys see a manager at Real, Bayern or Barca surviving this? Or is it that we need +£100M investment to look semi organised?
I’m trying to see something.
Yes. Imagine Sir Alex smiling when 3 goal down at half time. New times at this club since 2013.This is just the type of shot that frustrates me. Rotten from the top down.
yeah ...I forgotwe don't play again for two weeks?
They should have done us a favour and locked him up for 6 monthsYou have to wonder if this Greece business has affected Maguire.
It's a great comment - playing an unfit player on absolutely terrible form over a far more energetic one, and keeping a 40m signing showing more promise over the 4 weeks to play just 20 minutes. It screams of utter incompetence.VDB is Pogba's replacement after 70 minutes. Bruno has played more football than Pogba recently so he gets the rest first.
Nice comment though.
Bruno had a knock before the game so I assume they want to rest himTaking Bruno off is bizarre, why wouldn't you take Pogba off?
Because Pogba would immediately put in a transfer request. Ole is scared.
He also isn't going anywhere tbhHe is only one that stays fit....
Olé out for the love of God.
Enough!
Son is being ridiculously overrated in here, then again I'm not surprised given this place tend to do that in regard to opposition players, especially when we're about to face them.
Son is a good player, nothing more, nothing less. The way he's talked about in here one might think we're about to deal with fecking Messi
