Now answer me this question. Last season when we played Spurs twice, we won 2-1 and drew 1-1. The team hasn't lost anyone since then. Now I agree that we need 3-4 players to challenge Liverpool and City, but this is Spurs. We should be building on last season's performances. At the very least we should be stagnant, not getting worse. This is visibly getting worse. I don't see how Ole has been let down in the context of this match.

The VAR-ref decision remains a joke. But cannot detract from the shambles that we are seeing on the pitch. The petulance of Martial is indicative of the way the team seem to be doing their own thing, without any real direction. It is not just about players. It is about direction on and off the pitch.
