    Lads..it's only Spurs.

Feeling confident dor this one, hopefully our 1st commanding performance in the league this season.

For what its worth I'm quite confident - If Son doesnt make it that will be a blow but I still think we should have enough to win.

United haven’t exactly started well but Spurs look awful In every match I’ve seen this season....without Son you’re completely fecked.

3-1 United, Kane to have about 6 touches in 90 minutes.

We have looked very good in the last few games.

As soon as Son went off v Newcastle you looked very pedestrian up top. I thought the Chelsea game was woeful fron both sides.
Spurs may turn up against us but if we finally catch form we will win it through midfield

I dont count the Chelsea game as it was not our main team and we played without a centre forward.

McTominay’s not gonna work in there but I agree with the Donny on the left for Martial thing. Put Matic in there to sort out Lo Celso and you’re good to go.

I'm happy to make this change haha

    de Gea
    Wan-Bissaka Lindelof Maguire Shaw
    Pogba Matic
    Greenwood Fernandes Rashford
    Martial
    ---
Henderson; Williams, Bailly; Fred, van de Beek, Mata; Ighalo

Rumours Bruno is out? If he is I assume we would just put Donny in. Slightly hard to leave out McTominay, James, Lingard but I think Mata has made enough of a difference in his last games warrant that place on the bench. One of those three will be on the bench if Burno is indeed out.

Assume there will be a debate between Bailly/Lindelof again, I think Bailly is doing enough to be given a chance in the first XI but I expect Lindelof will be used primarily until he has some stinkers and leaves Ole no choice.

Will be interesting to see what team Spurs put out tonight.

Sons out isn’t he? Good time to play them.
I doubt it. Think it’s games from Mourinho. He went from saying Son wil be out for a long while to sayings he’s back after the international break to now him maybe playing.

Bruno is reportedly struggling with his thigh, but will probably make it to the Spurs match.

    feck :(

Have to say, had this coming the way he was playing non stop and covering the entire field.

Love to see Donny from the off.

Fancy us to win easily enough.

We are going to have to play a hell of a lot better than we have so far this season to get anything out of this - and we most certainly have to defend better throughout to have a chance

    Cavani
    Rashford Bruno Sancho
    VDB Matic
    Telles Upamecano Maguire AWB
    De Gea

That team would beat Spurs (after gelling) with or without Son. As things stand, particularly with the Bruno injury, Spurs are the favourites.

AWB needs to be in form for this one and I'd play Bailly ahead of Lindelöf after that Brighton performance.

    Martial
    Rashford Bruno Greenwood
    Pogba Matic

    Except they are not?

Utd are odds on with pretty much all bookies.

All this talk of Son or no Son - FFS he s a great player on form (and i wouldn't mind him at United) but its still 11 v 11. If we cant contain Son we've got bigger problems. Im more worried about us being wasteful up top on our end.

With Son out and their ridiculous fixture list we should have this in the bag to be honest.

Win this and we can totally put the Palace loss behind our back.

Should maybe ask Tottenham how much they want for Dele Alli when they are in town on Sunday. Where's the harm?
I got it. He's crap, expensive and a douchebag. We're trying to get rid of Lingard, not bring a new version.

Could be but don't forget that we re behind them atm fitness wise.

VDB and Bailly are two players that should start but I'd expect neither will

Watched all games so far and In terms of match sharpness Spurs are on a different level to United so far this season and I don't expect to see a number of United players whom looked well off the pace last weekend against Brighton to suddenly start producing 8 out of 10 performances.

Ole got a deserved win over Jose in this fixture last season but with the current situation I'm thinking a bit of luck will required for United to get a result on Sunday.

He wont play the same way against us. Jose will try defend and counter.

Classic Mourinho incoming: smash and grab. Score a goal in the third minute and defend then for the next 87 minutes.

Spurs pretty much playing their strongest eleven tonight with our game 3 days away. Wonder what effect it’ll have on them.

If Bruno is out for this game, then hopefully people will finally understand why we signed VDB.

I’m absolutely fine with VDB coming into the team to replace him. Without him as a replacement we would have been fecked.

Few games I want to win as badly as this one. Need to deepen Jose's gloom ASAP.

Spurs are playing a full strength team (apart from Joe Hart) tonight, so they may be a bit leggy.

Looks like they have the game wrapped up in 40 mins. So may not be all that leggy

I would like to see either VanderBeek or Paul Pogba as a right winger that can move inside every time we attack.
