PLaying actually quite well. Lukaku is just not at the top level tbh, that's the difference. Nothing sticks up top.

Jones manages to stay fit enough to feck things up before succumbing to his monthly injury.

Second game in a row defence is losing us a game. Can't watch this defence anymore. That is why we can't play attacking football. Because our defenders are shit.

Did you watch the first half?

Our attacker missed a open goal. Two chances he’s missed at 0-0 in both games that a top striker should score.

Jones should have been gone 2 years ago. Completely useless & unreliable.

If we lose this one but can sustain this kind of pressing whilst improving risky pass and finishing, it can become something .

Such a shame how the stuffing can be knocked out of us this easily. Looking panicky and disjointed again.

I feel for Jones as a bloke but honestly we need to move on from him now. Injuries and nightmare displays are always around the corner.

Ridiculous comments in this thread, makes me wonder if some of you are even watching.

Even if we lose tonight we’ve been hundred times better than against Brighton and there have been a lot of positives.

So fecking what? It’s going to be another defeat.. 2 out of 3, that’s nothing to take any positives from.

Phil Jones puts in average performances then gets injured. He has a great attitude but that is just not enough for a Man Utd player.

Bring on Fellaini instead of Lukaku. Afro is actually more clinical up top.

We should have been 3 up in the first half ffs.

At Paul s cross, a paralell cross to the 16 th yard box, lukaku was almost marking lloris. That says a lot init

Mourinho is a joke for not having sold Jones 2 summers ago. The fact that he is still on the club and actually starts at times is all what you need to know that Mourinho should be sacked ASAP.

That is not the issue - the issue is that Mourinho yet again tried a new system which backfired. Of course we did better than Brighton which was the worst in years.

The question is -should we be happy by losing 2-0 to Spurs at home because we didn't look like crap ?

Worst thing is, I have no idea what we could do to beat Tottenham. They're stronger in every department that matters.

Defending may be crap but Lukaku has cost us twice. Three games in a row he’s had an early one on one and missed the chance.

Goals change games, if he had scored those chances our lives are made so much easier. Just not good enough as our striker.

Really? We had energy but the only real chance we had was from a Tottenham back pass, created virtually nothing ourselves, even when we were playing well in the first half.

feck off Jones. Please never play again for us ffs
Oh but he doesn’t will. Sure hes already cost us countless games? More than any other centre back and yet here he is.

Phil Jones is what he is. Our manager should know better. And he obviously doesn’t.

I can't blame Jose for this. When Lukaku misses three chances then it is he who has to take responsibility. His first was on open goal without the keeper. His second was so week. Any decent striker would have scored. His third was a sure goal if he got it on target. No team has won the PL without a World Class striker and Lukaku is not even close to be a World Class striker.

Created some reasonable chances, not been spectacular though and ultimately not put them away.
I know, but this will be seen as a complete disaster, which this performance hasn’t been (so far)

Mourinho really hasn't got a fecking clue.

Into his third full season, and he still doesn't know what his first choice defence, midfield or attack is.

    Please just fecking go.

Need to throw on one of the class players to improve the squad we bought in the summer...
