    Henrikh Mkhitaryan out of today's game?

    It looks as though Henrikh Mkhitaryan will miss this afternoon’s game with Stoke City.

    Mkhitaryan hasn’t played for United since the loss to Manchester City at Old Trafford on September 10.

    Manager Jose Mourinho has intimated he would be involved today - but having been seen leaving San Carlo last night with City winger Nolito, it seems he remains sidelined.

    Maybe years ago but the vast majority of the players don't really have any ties to the clubs anymore on a personal level.

    I'd like to see miki start but the key against LEI was dropping rooney and fellaini. Hopefully there isn't any "early buzz" that they have made the team at the expense of herrera/mata

    Any noises on twitter or anywhere else about Rooney being benched again? I get worried when it's quite because it most likely means nothing big is happening with our line up and Rooney has been restored.
     
    Praying it's Herrera over Fellaini and Mata over Rooney. It's Football not MMA, we need to outplay them.


    I think Mata is likely as he was brought off early on Thursday but Fellaini being rested makes him almost a certainty for this one.

    Nope, Herrera was left out, expect him to partner Pogba, 1 change from Leicester I think is Rooney in for Lingard
     
    No murmurs in the press about Rooney which is a worry. If he was benched again you'd expect him to be briefing excuses and stories by now.

    Roon defo benched today, surely has to be same team as vs Leicester. Any player not keeping their shirt after that game should be rightly pissed.

    Because each time he's been benched so far there has been stories "predicting" it, putting pressure on his replacements and bigging him up.

    In the Video Utd's twitter handle released of players arriving, they didn't show Mkhi, so I'm assuming he' out
     
    Both times Rooney was benched we heard about it before the line ups came out. So far nothing in this case which clearly means Rooney is starting, time to start making peace with that.
