Wonderful half. Pundits will harp on about the red card, but teams with 10 men often defend better. Our players showed no complacency and completely choked Southampton out. High press, quick passing, great crosses and good finishes. If that wasn't a penalty, the ref should've let the play go on, Mason had a 1-on-1 there. We need to just go out and attack ruthlessly in the second half. City are 10 GD ahead as it stands with 2 games in hand and Liverpool are 5 GD ahead with 1 game in hand. We need to just score as many as possible because GD might be vital seen as how close it is between the top few teams.

Seem to be moving the ball a lot quicker tonight, and both full backs, especially AWB, are pushing on as wingers almost, with playing both Fred and McTominay in midfield, that is where the full backs should be in most matches, in my opinion.
Let's get this goal difference a lot better tonight, and let's give Donny at least 30 minutes, and bring Martial on to see if he can get a goal.

Apart from the blatant wrong decision we have been grand. Our fullbacks are properly on fire. Especially Shaw. What an in form attacking fullback brings to the team is quite incredible
