7 for me, pretty dreadful.
9 but I just picked blind.

8/11 today. Pretty crummy performance.
Surprisingly strong team. Hope Fellaini doesn't expose us in that midfield by leaving his partner high and dry. Not a lot of pace in team which is a concern. Other than that it should clearly be enough. Should being the key word.
You would think so.I presume the fact we are playing this midfield means that LVG intends on using Schneiderlin-Carrick against Newcastle.
Don't read it then. All the talk about predictions is boring me to death.
Agreed, can understand Rooney playing though, this'd be a good game for him to find a bit of form. Not sure why they'd play Fellaini over Pereira though, he's our most talented youngster by quite some distance (bar maybe Januzaj but it remains to be seen if he can fulfill his potential) so should be getting more minutes.

Exactly my thoughts.Does it go to pens or a replay when it's 0-0?

Why is Rooney the only player that always needs that "extra" game to find a bit of form. It's January and he's still needing that extra game to find form despite playing all season. Not a dig at your post, just find it funny anytime I see this.
Nice, using a joke to tell a joke. LolFellaini being a United player is like a joke that wasn't really funny in the first place but then your irritating mate keeps retelling it over and over.
that wasn't the point i was trying to make, mate.LVG will still want to do a good job.
Would he only want to win if he is threatened with the sack?
Great chance to give our best outfield player a rest in Martial. Should have just left him on the bench and used him only if we were in trouble IMO.
Possibly, but this is how LVG did it the last time we had a quick turn around. Against Stoke he played Carrick, Fellaini and Herrera, then a couple of days later against Chelsea used Schneiderlin, Schweinsteiger and Herrera.I don't know, he has made the mad decision not to play Schneiderlin in some key away games so far this season. Arsenal being the most foolish omission

Apart from being a good 3-4 players off being our strongest XI.Holy hell not leaving anything to chance is LVG, that's near enough our strongest 11.
Embarrassing really.
Instilled in his game. Even under Fergie he needed more games after an injury to accustomize to the match rhythm again.

I'm thinking of the last time we played a lower division Yorkshire team at home in the 3rd round.lets hope the team's performance is not worse.
Indeed.Hope Fellaini as a cracker. Some of the comments have been out of order.
