    Said at the weekend that I was worried about this game. Simply put: we are not good enough. ridiculous performance, no urgency no tempo. no idea why Jose took Fellaini off when sanchez has done nothing yet again. and I'll stick with what I said the day we signed him: pogba is nowhere near a world-class game changer. I'd even question DDG on their second goal; that's how bad it has been. do they practice passing to each other? utter shite. it's all very well having attacking players but there is no one good enough in the midfield to pass to them
     
    I’ll be amazed to see the ref add more than 3 minutes here, not in a European game.

    Not starting Mata and not bringing on Mata for Fellaini was the issue. Plus shithouse tactics from Jose and not an ounce of fight or passion from anyone bar Bailly and Rashford.

    This is a defensively shite team. A team that have been thrashed 5-0 several times this season. Game plan? Put 10 men behind the ball for 83 mins and only start attacking them with purpose once we are 2-0 down.
     
    Played much of the game with the intensity and urgency of a friendly - seems like partly the fault of the team selection but if the players can't motivate themselves for this game the the club is fecked.

    It has never been a good result, it's probably the first time I see anyone suggest that not scoring away from home was a good result when you are favorite.

    I think we need to ask ourselves, did Jose tell our players to conserve energy?
    Or did they put in less effort, off their own accord.

    Atletico put 5 past them at home but some experts here continued saying that it was a good result.

    The thing with these top people is that they hold huge egos. Pogba is shot because his ego got shot. Mourinho won 3 amazing games and his ego got us into trouble tonight. These people are the top of the top and so their egos can make their days or break em. Today we see what happens when a team approaches a game with the ego of Liverpool and Chelsea beaters.
