His shirt was blatantly being pulled preventing him from getting close to the player who scored. It should have been a free out.

I also wouldn't mind making Weghorst a permanent deal provided it was super cheap. Would be a nice option off the bench, works hard and his flicks allow Rashford to play his best football. Also, seems like a sound guy who's integrated nicely into the squad.
