Yeah you're right. Leipzig gave us that result tonight, along with VAR. We were lucky really not to get schooled by a much better, well coached team

I didn’t realise the caf was the authority on VAR? So what if ole looked surprised?

Rashford was clearly onside.

So ole deserved no credit for his subs?

maybe... buts let’s have it right... but for a borderline offside goal, we did nothing going forwards for 55 mins... and couldn’t string two passes together out from the back...

And the reason was the shape... so easy to defend against when teams try and play out from the back... especially when our FBs aren’t particularly gifted passing forwards and rely on an easy out ball out wide...

just don’t think it suits us at all.

but not a night for whinging!

Been thinking that, and let's be honest in isolation a draw against that Chelsea squad isn't an awful result, and we had a fair few chances to win it. And tonight even when we weren't scoring in the first half they never looked like scoring and we had a few chances. I think Ole found a couple of shapes that suit our players better than 4231, and I hope he keeps using them and sure we're going to see more games like that.
