Glad to see Martial starting. Hopefully we see an improved performance
ETH is never dropping his £80m winger.
What does Antony have to do to get dropped?
Jesus no Hannibal and McTominay on the bench.
ffs Stupid ETH
Poor Sancho.
Martial minutes sweepstake? Not played 90 for years.
Just needs someone to look at him the wrong way then, because he's a grumpy child sometimes.Get sent off I guess.
We haven't had legs in midfield with Mount now we bring in Eriksen?
No McTominay on the bench either
While Amrabat sits in Italy waiting for us to make a move.
My club
We better win this game by at least three goals or I'll literally shit my pants.
Garnacho was worse than Antony in both previous games, therefore he's the one who gets dropped.
Why?
I would be happy with any win today. We need to the points to avoid a slow start to the season. We better win this game by at least three goals or I'll literally shit my pants.
I just can't believe we've spent so much money over the years and we have this squad still.... I know we have injuries but such a poor quality in depth feck me what a load of toss
Best team that can be selected and we'll win I hope. The Antony hate is baffling, his performances is the least of the concern when you see the bigger picture
I rather want to see a young player giving a chance over players that has been awful.
Also so much from “players have to prove themselves” said by ETH.
Can’t say Rashford and Antony have proved themselves. Hypocrite.
Why are people moaning that McTominay isn’t on the bench. He is!
4 players on the bench (5 with Sancho) that the club are actively trying to sell
Its a massive problem
Glazer disease.Perhaps but that is speculation. It’s difficult to believe with all the science behind it that that would be the case.
Fitness has also been questioned, but according to Ten Hag we top the stats so far in that respect.
Garnacho was worse than Antony in both previous games, therefore he's the one who gets dropped.
Yeah, lets compare a legend and top goalscorer with someone completely unproven.
Even a poor Rooney registered 12 goals and 5 assists under Van Gaal. Antony didn't even get those numbers in the Dutch league.
Horrendously poor spending and squad management. The lack of quality and depth outside the first 11 is shocking.
As for the Antony hate, I understand it.
Attacking wise Antony offers very little for a winger, can't hold the ball up, can't take a player on, can't cross, can't go down the outside. His go too is cut inside and send the ball wide of the far post. He offers work rate, but even his attacking runs off the ball are poor. Pellestri makes the same diagonal run towards the back post and nearly gets in 2 or 3 times more in a few mins than Antony does in 90.
