Regardless of what anyone thinks of ETH, it makes sense how he's been eased back in. He's a young player who got a bad knee injury in pre season, missed 27 games of the actual season and then you'd assume there's a long build up towards match fitness. We cry about players getting rushed back too early but it's not been worth risking him just because Antony has been such a let down.
Our defending has been shit as normal, it's just Newcastle have been very poor and wasteful in the final third. They could have pummeled us if they took a few of their chances.
