It’s really mental this got checked. Firstly it’s not a clear obvious error - how many times have we had more blatant calls looked at in the background before hearing ‘check complete’?
Yet they’ll happily go back and stop the game for an incident that happens 15-20 times a match. And by they I mean Michael Oliver, who refs UAE matches when he isn’t doing this.We know we aren’t better than City but to potentially lose the game off the back of that, it stinks. So many games I watch when no one can understand the refereeing decisions. It’s putting me off the game.If that was a penalty, perhaps refs can tell me how Evans wasn't fouled before Rice's goal at the Emirates a few weeks agoI can't get over that decision.
