Ok. Trying damage limitation now. What's the point now anyway? People still think Ole's master plan is the way forward?
As another OP has said they need to have their heads examined.

Lingy taken off at the 58 minute mark when we were losing 2-0 to Arsenal.
Lingy taken off at half time when we're losing 3-0 to City.

    Ole's learning.

Lingard hasn't been well, according to the commentator. Must have been ill for the most part of the last 2 years.

Unlike Pereira and Lingard, Matic is, at least, a midfielder.

Lingard will be starting next week no doubt. He’s getting away with shite every single week it’s crazy.

Guys - why so angry about all of this?
There is no reason to be disappointed.
We re doing exactly what most of us probably expected to happen today - so in a way - we re meeting expectations. That s good right ?

If this was in Madrid or Barca, the crowd would be going mental, OT seems to have gone silent

Time to bring on that useless defensive midfielder in place of the useless attacking one. Man United everyone.

The only motivation he comes to this circus is for the money. Clear as day.

Any top player should think twice about joining our circus of shite. A hopeless club that is going down the toilet.

Playing De Gea is a mistake. He has lost form, is chicken in one to one situation and crosses. Also he is not prepared mentally for this game and probably expected a day off sitting on the bench.
Lindelof, Jones and Lingard were poor. Signing Koulibaly and Lazio's Savic will solve United defensive and midfield problems. OGS is poor in selection and tactically poor. City will go on and score double in the second half.

You seriously think Woodward and Matt Judge can pull off signings like Koulibaly and Savic at this stage?

Jesse Lingard hasn't been well Martin Tyler says....he's been shit for years now, but not a peep from the pundits yet again.

Atleast Lingard is off. That is positive. Taking Lingard off without bringing anyone on would have been an improvement so getting Matic on is even better.
I was hoping that Dean would send Lingard off for his challenge so we'd be rid of him for three more games. That would've been nice, take it out of Ole's hands.

This is hopefully a wake up call to the owners and board, to invest in players with quality, not endeavour, plenty of that in most sides, quality is apparent, Gueradiola has put a side out he new would win, he new that we do not have quality in the CM they do, he's picked the side to win, and easy win it will be. Oles got his work cut out with the dross he's got. There is at least 4 players not good enough for any top side. This performance is just not a one off seen to many. Go a goal down they collapse.

Fans in the ground getting annoyed. De gea’s kicking in particular
    You're there?

Ole should never have started De Gea. Poor Romero hasn't done anything wrong and he stills play DDG.

A top manager would probably make it to top 4 but we won't win the league unless the Glazers leave
Maybe, maybe not, I just want them gone so we can at least make some sort of attempt at being a football club again.

And people ask why we aren't buying top talent. Would you, as a neutral football player come to Utd at the moment? I know most of you won't care, but here in the Belgium and Dutch media, we are the absolute laughing stock.

    Nope!

Lingard hasn't been well, according to the commentator. Must
And this right here is the difference between us in 12/13 and now. We were complaining when we had Carrick Cleverly and Rooney, with Kagawa Nani/Valencia and RVP. All of these players had balance on the ball, an ability to anticipate danger, good technique ( which meant they didn't have to pass back or consistently take wild shots) and creativity.

Yes it’s like the difference between the crisis we imagined (although let’s not pretend Kagawa worked out) and the paucity on display now, the real crisis we see here.

Ole forever subbing Lingard off. Why start him in the 1st place, the train has left the station with hopes of him offering anything going forward. It's been over a year for crying out loud.

Yeah I don't know how to respond to that without getting banned for insulting you

Well, if you have to resort to insults (won't bother me in the slightest I might add) then you probably don't have a valid response.

Look, the match goers have every right to voice their opinions. I don't see a problem with the them calling for Woodward or the Glazers' head. In fact, I would encourage it.
