You do realise our two midfielders and captain were standing next to a throw in taker for some reason, right? And Amad was actually the only one trying to win that ball.The goal was typical of doing a half job instead of properly doing the job. Maguire backs offs and Eriksen gets into position to try and close down slowly. He eventually gets there but just a moment too late leading to directing the ball in the opposite position. Is it better than never getting there and letting him get a free shot? Yes. But it still wasn't enough.
