I think this will end 1-1. I cant see us getting battered by them. Surely even the dross in our team has to be pumped up for this. It may well make us game raising cnuts but I'd take that to shut this lot up.

    Come on united!!!

Let us beat them. Hopefully Rashford can show some form. Our attack is so bloody poor. With a 5-3-2 formation we will probably defend deep.

How the feck does Pereira still starts ahead of Greenwood?
Let's hold off for the time being with Greenwood. He's not done anything in any of the league games he's come on as a sub in. I actually don't want to rush him through like we did with Rashford.

    Shreaves taking the piss

To Klopp: You said on Friday you have to prepare for the best United team. Is that confirmed with De Gea and Wan Bissaka

We're going to struggle to hold the ball and progress it up the pitch at all. Pogba/Martial are absolute musts for that. Even Lingard is better than those out there at progressing up the pitch ffs. Hope for a draw I guess?

Not sure. Either Axel is another CB or DM.

Surely it's a 352/532 formation. I can't see Ole risking Tuanzebe in a midfield role against the likes of Liverpool.

Counter attack is the name of this lineup. Our defense is solid. This aspect of our team is so underrated and that is due to poor coaching. Liverpool will struggle to get past our defense.

    Yeah, I agree.

We could be deadly on the counter with Rashford and James as the two strikers.

I’m fecking excited lads. Let’s bend these cnuts over and show them the FIST of United like they’ve never felt before

Even with the crap minutes he got he already did way more than Pereira who starts and is shit every game.

I feel very pleased about my predictive powers, having called that 523. But I had Williams for Young and Matic for Fred :wenger:

It’s funny how as soon as the teams are announced, I always feel confident of the result.

Come on lads, let’s show something.

A perfect dream day for me would be beating Liverpool, then Ole still getting sacked, Ed subsequently resigning and the Glazers also announce they are looking to sell.

In reality it will more likely be a defeat and all the rest staying put.

McT, Fred and Pereira midfield in one of the biggest games of the season... being this low on the table kinda makes sense.

What a depressing line up. Only AWB, de Gea and Maguire and maybe Rashford/Lindelof would be in a Liverpool/City selection. And i dont think any of those five would even be starters for them.

Agree with this and it just shows how weak our squad is.

Nothing much we can do but Mata not starting over player who had international football is a good sign & Pereira has been over him in term of individual performance this season. Pereira offered nothing in our attack but at least he works hard to press the opposition while Mata just stand there and do simple pass.

I think you’ll try to do what Arsenal did against us. They left Pepe and Aubameyang up top to counter against our high line.

    Thats good.
Are you basically saying that any manager we hire is the right manager?

Anyway I have no issue following a process. As long as the manager in place has a plan and a track record of success. Personally we should not of sacked LVG.

However Moyes shouldn't have been United managed and neither should Ole.

Jose shouldn't have been hired but not because he isn’t a good manager, more to do with the identity and brand the club seems to be after.

I don’t think its a miserable comment at all. I just got the feeling you would back any manager and I was right it seems. Its interesting you see it that way, I just don’t.

The wrong leader is probably the worst thing you can have in a team

What I am saying is that when we hire someone for the job, we should respect the fact that it takes more than a few months to get results. Therefore we should support the manager and respect the process.
