That would be completely wrong, that's not how offside works. Neither of Van Persie or Mata were offside when the first ball came in, so interfering or not is irrelevant. It'll be a different game in the 2nd half. I'm sure we'll get a man sent off especially after that offside goal. Liverpool will probably bring on Ballotelli giving them some goal threat and we'll probably have Herrera on improving our passing.
