    I don't have the slightest of interest watching the game if Mazraoui and Dalot starts on the wingbacks.
     
    Genuinely, this is the perfect game to try out any of our under 21's that Ruben deems close to being ready. Obi, Ibragimov, The Fletchers, Amass, Kone, Kukonki? There are options to test out. I'd imagine Heaven will get a bench spot given Lichas injury.
     
    Think I'd go with this and have some youth on the bench.

    Garnacho for Mainoo and Yoro for Maz and I would go with this. Get Amass on the bench as well.

    Very poor post. Calling him saint Amorim is hardly reflective of grown up criticism and likely why you may have experienced opposition if your criticism has been along these lines.
     
    A cup game, we will come alive for those. It is at home however so might even out. 1-1 at full time, Maguire smashes a header from close range and wins it in last minute in overtime.
     
    It’s one of 2 ways to get to Europe next season , we will need one for summer improvements on the squad . Support Leicester elsewhere .

    Looking for some help\advice......... Myself & my wife, flying over for Leicester game on fri evening. Game was originslly fixed for Sat, was unable to change, due to other commitments. I can still make Old Trafford, maybe 20-25 mins after KO. I believe turnstiles close at half time. In case I'm delayed & don't get there till after turnstiles close...is there anyway I can get in ? ( I have already got tickets)!

    Living in Australia and either waking up at shitty hours or pulling all night benders, I can't do it anymore. The last game was the last straw for me.

    Not wasting my time anymore unless I see consistent positive results (originally had consistent results written but we have been getting consistent results, consistently shit results)

    Would love to get a couple early and make a number of changes. Heaven, Collyer, Zirkzee, Casemiro and Ericksen could all play a bit

    we could really use Mount and Shaw back to add a bit of depth
     
    Eriksen should play. We need his passing and against a poor team at home is his time.

    Amad at wingback. We can't go with Maz and Dalot against these.

    Don't play Yoro. He's not doing enough actual defending. Not getting into duels, not winning enough duels.

    Stick with Hojlund. Give him that confidence.

    Biancheri isn't fully back yet from the arm injury and Obi is not ready to start honestly, he isn't there yet, I wouldn't mind him getting 20 minutes at the end if we are in front by 2 to avoid him coming in with too much pressure.

    I don't think Eriksen starts and Amad plays at WB as that's probably too attacking, we don't tend to have more than 5 attacking players on the pitch at any one time, you have the 3 at the back, 1 of the deep midfielders and 1 of the WBs that is going to be defensive so if you are going to play Eriksen I think it's in a 10, perhaps something like this:

    Bayindir (Cup GK)
    Yoro Maguire Maz
    Amad Collyer Bruno Dalot
    Eriksen Garnacho
    Zirkzee

    Dorgu, Chidi, Heaven to get minutes at the end if we are in a good position here, can't see him starting Dorgu being new to the team, league and country within a few days but will speak to the confidence he has in him or the lack of confidence of our current LWB options.

    Anyways, the team I want to see;

    Højlund

    Obi and Amass hopefully get some playing time from the bench.

    If we don't score at least 2 goals here it will be a huge disappointment imo, Leicester are genuinely awful(really wish RVN didn't go there, bad career move imo). Don't care who scores, but if Højlund scores 1 or 2 it has to help his confidence tremendously and maybe he will go on a run like last season.
     
    Going to ignore the scoreline and watch it live on Saturday morning. Not going to be able to watch this game live as opting to watch my local team Hibs playing against Ayr Utd in the Scottish Cup. Annoyed both games on tv and kick off at roughly near the same time.
     
    This being on a Friday would have been been perfect if we got a result against Palace. Now I don't want to ruin my Friday watching this.

    Why would that 11 never ever happen though? Mazraoui played at RCB at FCSB, Eriksen started in that game as well. Others are logical as well.

    Grow up - who would you get instead for this mess we are in?

    He’s clearly a decent coach and we are broke - so buckle up as we are in it for the long haul. Next two seasons are going to be very turbulent as we are finally having the very hard reset that has been long overdue.

    Been overpaying for shite for so long, it was always going to bite eventually. Once Cas and Rashford are out the door then only two players will be on over £200k a week. One being Bruno (deserved) and the other a bit more problematic in Mount (very undeserved).

    Only way Amorim is going anytime soon is if we get relegated (lol)

    Sorry, slightly off topic - Chido to appear off the bench and hopefully 3-1 United.
