They did the exact same thing when Jose was sacked and Ole came in.
Then they reverted to type and did the same thing to Ole....and then to ETH.

If so then that can be down to ten Hag's absence, too.

Like I said I think he often gave players confusing instructions and put them into positions that didn't play to their strengths. This kills morale in a team and makes playing a chore. I don't think he was a great motivator either.

He is definitely not up to the pace of the league. Ugarte is definitely getting up to speed quicker, Zirkzee may just take longer.

people should stop hating on ZZ.

He need more time. he plays as a False 9 so his objective function isn't necessarily to score. And he seems like he has very low confidence right now. His passing, ball handling and movement isn't bad.

On a different front, Case just committed a tackle for a ball that was going nowhere (successful also) in the 88th minute. Are my eyes deceiving me? the guy looks like a different player.
