Like there was an angle to get a ball to Shaw who was running in to clear grass who you would hope can just lay an easy ball across the face of the box for someone to run on to. Just rarely gets the ball. As writing this Mata picks him out and he causes danger.Shaw with an overlapping fwd run, man I have waited long to see this.The whole midfield looks out of depth there. Especially Fred, he looks dreadful. Pogba back to his usual self, no concentration at all.
Have a feeling this is how our season will go, somehow we will get a goal, because of luck or the class of our attacking players. I mean, we barely try to counter attack, which is why our tactics are so incomprehensible. We almost never release more than one or two players to counter when we’re defending deep.Shaw & Fred looking good.That first touch from Shaw wasNice football Shaw and Mata.
