I'd be tempted to see that. Weghorst has not impressed me. Think we can have better chances of goals with Rash at 9, even if he has limitations in that position too. With Antony out i would play this front :
Pellistri-Bruno-Ganracho
-----------Rashford------------
Suspended.....................De Gea...........................
AWB...Varane.....Martinez...Shaw
...........Casemiro.....Sabitzer........
.....................Bruno.........................
Rashford..............................Garnacho
.................Weghorst........................
Subs: Sancho, Mainoo, Maguire
Praying McTominay can make the bench too just for numbers.
With Licha just in case on stanby to reinforce midfield and take Casemiro's role, theoretically should be enough on Leeds.U think it'll be two easy wins against these lot and a great opportunity to rest some of more weary personnel.
(Hope this doesn't bite in me in the backside)
You could usually get away with overplaying defenders and I think Martinez has a pretty decent injury record so we should be ok in theory. With Licha just in case on stanby to reinforce midfield and take Casemiro's role, theoretically should be enough on Leeds.
Move overseas then. You can’t both host the entire league AND expect to watch every game on tv. Do you hear any of us from overseas complaining that we can’t travel to every game?
Rescheduled fixture that wasn't originally for broadcast. A joke, again. Laughable how this happens all the time, whereas people overseas are able to watch.

If Dalot is fit he should go straight back into the team as he adds far more to our attacking game then AWB does, and we should dominate the ball in this match. This Weghorst nonsense needs to stop too. Play our best attackers and use Wout as a sub if needed.
Good place to get a trim...Was walking through town at the weekend and the Turkish barbers had United v Palace on. I mean ffs.

Rashford is a better #9 against teams who will attack us, Leeds will sit deep so we need someone like Wout/ Martial who can hold the ball up and recover the ball, we would be better off with Sancho and Rashford wide with Bruno behind Wout
"Weghorst nonsense" aside why would you want to move Rashford out of his best position?

Those fellas might be even slower than the actual Leeds squad by now.Leeds about to turn into 1970 Brazil
What a load of nonsense. He holds the ball up well, lays it off well, makes good moves in the box and presses like a maniac. Couldn‘t ask more from a temporary striker. If Wout was even remotely good enough I’d agree, but apart from his workrate he offers virtually nothing in an attacking sense. He doesn’t even hold the ball up or bring others into play particularly well. He’s just so far off the standard required. If Martial was fit he’d obviously start. Everytime Wout has come off our attack has gone up a gear or two & looked far more cohesive. That’s not a coincidence. He’s just not very good.
Sometimes it's enough to fill a hole rather than expand on what you've got. With Martial's injury crisis (as in, if it doesn't change, his career won't amount to much more...), there was a hole, and there wasn't enough to improve on the situation. Although less bad/dire is also a form of improvement, I guess. What a load of nonsense. He holds the ball up well, lays it off well, makes good moves in the box and presses like a maniac. Ten Jag thinks he is doing great, but you must know better.
Whenever we end up playing a new manager we lose typically.
