Not sure how that can be justified as a dive. If that happens anywhere else on the pitch, the attacker gets the decision. The arm comes across to the face of the attacker to block him from getting to the ball. No attempt to play the ball, the arm comes across to block the player. It doesn't matter if Dan James stays on his feet or if he goes down. It's a fecking foul!
