He isnt crap he just suffers from the same brittleness as Jones and Evans and can never get a steady run of gamesThis is about 1000 more entertaining than I expected it to be.We've kept the ball well but I do think when we play the ball through the midfield it is coming back to the defence too often. I'd like to see our attacking players take more risk and try to take the ball and turn when it's played into their feet.Total domination. Good half from the lads. Kept it very well. If you look at our second goal, it come from Mata going in behind for Fellaini, which ended up as a goal. Also, when Herrera found Rooney nearing the end of the second half. The options are there.

This! The reason we do not necessarily need "leaders" in the back or whatever cliché people talk about. We need players who will be comfortable on the ball and are capable of starting out our attacks. We are playing an entirely different style of football to when we had Vidic. There is nothing wrong with either styles, it's just that what we are trying to do now doesn't require that type of defenders.
I actually think that Valencia has played pretty well. He's no Rafael but he's still a good player. Only Rvp for me. He was looking dangerous, literally just a few minutes in. Made a couple of plays, got in a great tackle, and was on his way through most of their team when he pulled up.
