Yes - unfortunately, Huddersfield are fairly decent defensively, it's scoring goals they suck at

Was always likely we're going to rotate our attacking players. Our game plan changed to actually running a lot now and during a period of fixture congestion. Having a choose, I'd rather go full strength against Bournemouth than Huddersfield.

But 31 years ago - City actually beat Huddersfield 10-1 in november 1987 (div 2). A very talented City-side destroyed Huddersfield low on confidence after hat-tricks by Paul Stewart Tony Adcock and the highly talented striker David White, and one goal from Neil McNab. Despite all the goals, perhaps the best player on the pitch was Young midfielder Paul Simpson who had like 4-5 assists.

Ironically Adcock only scored a total of 5 goals for City in 15 games, and was traded to Northampton in Exchange for Trevor Morley.

I lived there for 12yrs! Haha.
It's not that bad, man. Worse places to live - but it has some horrendous areas where crime is scarily rife for what is essentially a large town, not a major city. Lot of gang problems too. Stabbings are a bi-weekly occurrence in the local newspaper and drive-by shootings aren't uncommon either.

It’s better than most Northern industrial towns actually, and has a lot of excellent pubs.

Plus it’s got a university and good transport links, so it doesn’t feel as insular as a lot of similar places. Halifax, to name one.
