Fellaini has been in good form of recent and the one game he was unavailable, we drew.
Herrera on the other hand was pretty poor in his one game.
Given the above, could someone explain the logic why they think Herrera should start?

I also thought Lindelöf could make it to the bench, to have an extra option of through passes if Everton double deck bus sticks. But Mourinho probably counts on Smalling's headers more.

I'm surprised people don't want Fellaini playing, he's a very good player and has been showing it for long enough that United fans should realise he'll be good when he starts. If he wasn't a "meme" he'd get more recognition.

Saw that line-up and got excited about getting 11/11. Then I remembered I talked myself out of Young and had Blind in there instead. I'd convinced myself it would take another one or two weeks before Young started getting a chance at leftback in the league.

We want him, just think it could be better to sub him in later in the game. A quick Herrera could be more useful to break Everton's bus, but Mourinho thinks (rightly?) a Fellaini header might do it easier.

Everton will probably play the same tactic they had against City away. Defend deep in numbers, long balls to Calvert-Lewis. We're better than City in defense but I think we'll find it more difficult to break down Everton than City did.
