This is great, we should have it here in NYC.

It's odd. It's as if players like Pogba, Ibra and Fellaini can do no wrong and will always play when fit. Feels like Mou is oddly harsh with specific players that usually end up as the best of the bunch. Did the same to Hazard and DeBruyne.
Fellaini doesn't really play always when fit and we don't have as much alternatives to Pogba and Ibra in the squad, as much as we do with Mkhitaryan.

Also, I feel like Ibra and Pogba are not the type of characters that are prone to getting complacent or content with themselves unless performing to the max, as much as Mikhi might be. So, I don't think criticizing them would really amount to much. That said, it's just a speculation of mine.

"Antonio Valencia is really tired, we need to protect him. Wayne Rooney had pain in both ankles yesterday and could not train."

OH MY GOD RASHBECK IS PLAYING, what is up with you jose? Are you out of your mind? This will cost us the game.

    That's an incredibly uninspiring team.

It's mad that we're in 2017 and have spent £350m or whatever in about three seasons, and our starting 11 in this must-win game includes Young, Fellaini, Carrick and Lingard. It just smacks of averageness and it's no surprise we are where we are to be honest.

Anyway, that is one slowwwww team. Expecting an awful game but hoping we can nick a 1-0 through some stroke of genius from Zlatan. Coz I don't see much else happening for us, here.

Fair point today. But he does tend to bring Fellaini on more often than not, and he did favor him over other midfield options earlier in the season.

    A bit scathing.

    Rooney done for
Rooney warmed up for 20 minutes on Saturday before he came on. That is not the norm for impact substitutes and you suspect Mourinho was reluctant to turn to the United captain, whose only contribution was to end a United attack by needlessly throwing Yacob to the ground.

Whatever the reason behind Rooney’s absence, he is done for. What is particularly telling that, while his absence is intriguing, he will not be missed even if United get hammered 5-0.

The team seems decent, I'm not too sure why Rashford instead of Martial though. Especially when he's going to probably play LW
Since Coleman's out, makes total sense to me.

"Pain in both ankles". What sort of bad luck causes that injury

Edit - just googled it and "Slipping in Bullshit" came back as the top result.

Well we have to field a team..

He's decided to drop Mkhitaryan so explained why. No big deal.

I get that but it always seems to be Martial or Mhki and never Lingard or Rashford who seem to play poorly from a week to week basis and remain in the team.

the Everton team look a lot better than Saturday but they do still have Robles in goal, :)

that's incoming MotM, Robles obviously, :(

If you check number of starts each player made in PL you will see all of them starting almost equally.

How is that surprising? He was absolutely shocking at the weekend. Played with no passion or pride
I missed second half but I think we need to chop and change every game.

The only player there who'd be considered overpriced would be Fellaini and maybe Young. Everyone else was on a free or worth the price.

There are three players who cost over £30 million (not counting Pogba) sitting on the bench because of their lacklustre performances. Doesn't say much for our transfer strategy.

What is norm for impact sub?

    Zlatan on tv now, lion

If it was the other way round people would say typical Mourinho phasing out the young local players.
