Yeah so awful that he was a starter for Roma most of last season but apparently not good enough for us.
the game there is played at a totally different pace so he doesn't get caught out as much and isn't expected to be able to pass. he is always a disaster waiting to happen

We need a Chelsea level window to fix this shite. RW, CDM, CB, GK all crap. Winning feck all this season. Again
That would require us to show some ambition. It'll take us 4 seasons to address all these positions.

It's same issues as last season. We struggle when pressed, defence isn't amazing, squad players not up to and hoping for individual brilliance.

It's very early but still look very one paced, some very sloppy bits of play too. No real surprise that the same issues are rearing their head when the personnel is the same.

Our players are pathologically adverse to making runs in to the box.

The amount of times if seen Mc Carthey go in to injure someone and injure himself is unbelievable

McT can't make a 10 meter pass when it matters. Mr. hard-working average.

We definitely look like the team thats start a week behind and playing catch up. I think we will improve as the game goes on and Palace tire. Not good to watch atm though.

Can’t stick palace. Always take points off us yet roll over and have their bellies tickled when playing the rest of the top 5.

    Imagine conceding that early? Ffs

Man watching that replay, at no point did Schlupp look up. Not once. Completely blind ball to the one spot to score from. Bit unlucky really.

Liverpool will have Thiago (who we could have sought). We have McTominay... you figure it out!

They are going on about this being our first match as if it is some excuse , but this is how we started a lot of these matches last season as well , it is why we dropped so many pts to lower placed teams throughout the season.

We always seem to have an excuse.
Yep. We’ll play very slightly better from here on in but still struggle to score and people in the post match thread will be slating anyone who criticises yet another crappy performance. The writing is on the wall.

Why does it always feel like our passing is really slow? Always seems to be an ocean between each of our players and our passing always seems underhit. We don't seem to do short, sharp passes and movement off the ball. That seems to be a major coaching problem and has been there for years, regardless of who we have playing in our 11.

Other teams know where they're each going to be whilst our players usually take several touches whilst scanning the pitch looking for someone in space.

Hard to see how it isn't a lack of coaching. Even when we're on form it's something we're poor at.

Nothing football. TFM has no quality whatsoever. Mctominay can't pass.

once again: if bruno doesn't have a worldie, we look what we are: ordinary. plain fecking ordianry

Maybe get this Donny kid on..
