    Imagine we'd have bought Bruno at the start of the season, or even the start of January. Does anyone think we lose 2-0 at home to Burnley with Bruno..?
     
    Great entertaining first half. Bruno on a different planet and bringing the best out of others. Mata Fred and McT all great. That 2nd goal was class, superb cross by Bruno, neat pull back by Mata and great to see ighalo score it. Nice goal from Scott too. More please then rest a few at 60 minutes.
     
    Most entertaining half we’ve played in ages. No slight on Martial but it makes such a difference playing with a striker who repeatedly takes up the correct spaces. Makes those runs around him so much more intuitive and effctive.
     
    I'm wondering how we fit in Bruno and Pogba into the same team. Mouth watering prospect but could leave us exposed on the counter. Although Barca used to play Xavi and Iniesta in the same midfield. Although they were two of the smartest players ever so I guess that maybe made up for a lack of proper defensive side to their game.

    What mojo? It is the same case as with Lingard. One purple patch and that is it. Because James is really nice lad i will be nice and only say; he is not Man Utd quality player

    Mata, james just pass it back and keep it safe. fernandes tries to make things happen.

    I know it's only Brugge and a 10 man Brugge at that, but Matic and Andreas just cannot play at the tempo Fred and McT want to set.

    He's right. Bruno is time times better already, and far more effective for us rather than being a moments player like Pogba. Scott and Fred are our engine up and down the pitch.

    Pogba has no more business to do with us. He can't replace Bruno, and we can't afford to put Fred or Scott on the bench for a passenger off the ball and hurts our engine.
     
    We are playing against 10 men so I'd not get too carried away.. But damn we look good with McT and Fred
     
    Absolutely loved that first half! The energy, aggression, focus, creativity. 3-0 almost flatters Brugge.

    Bet Ighalo is buzzing like a turbocharged magic wand after his first goal

    Completely different team with Bruno, Mata looks so much better having players to create with.
     
    I mentioned in the first leg thread that Mata looked like “Mata of old” when Bruno came on. I feel the same here - he’s been great again. It’s helped even more by having the best midfield trio we’ve had since “the good old days” in there allowing him to roam.

    Bruno MOTM obviously so far but we can’t underestimate how well Mata has played too. Maybe all good players need are other good players! Who’d have thought it?

    We simply don't. Pogba has to earn his playing time coming off the bench at first
     
    Compare this team with Mourinho‘s Wooden Soldiers. All questions regarding Fellaini and Smalling should be gone. Reflect on why you want Ole immediately out.

    Just imagine where we'd be if we had Bailly, Bruno and Pogba all season. :(
     
    Best individual 45 mins I can think of by a united player for quite some time.. Bruno looking a worldy!

    also been impressed with Igahlo’s hold up and link up play... ball sticks better with his back to goal than martial, and plays quick one-twos

    and it’s amazing how much better mata looks with a player alongside him on the same wavelength..

    James still looking pants though...
