Glad we are back in CL, need a great summer window to make sure it’s not just one off mind. No way Liverpool and Chelsea will be as bad next season and we desperately need someone who can put the ball in the net at CF and CM who can partner Casemiro.

Exactly, people don't realise that you can be more open and take risks against certain teams when you know they won't finish their chances. It's not like we're actually going to be as open against City.

Well done... that's a superb season. From where we were last season, and with a squad that needs work, we have had a wonderful season. A deserved summer for all... let's now get those transfer deals moving, move some players on and try and get some in... fantastic.

Top priority is still at least one striker and a more solid, robust and highly mobile defensive midfield player.
Casemiro is the only one who can do those duties, but he goes missing far too much, or looks gassed at times. He’s definitely gone off the boil, compared with before his two suspensions. Plus, we have no back-up for him.

Job done in terms of top 4 and we're close to finishing 3rd as well. Scored 4 for 1st time in the league this season as well.

You don't expect every chance to be converted but we could've scored another 2 and same goes for Chelsea I'd say.

Nice win that makes Sunday more or less unimportant.

It's an expected value. Obviously it isn't correct 100% of the time. The expected number of times a coin lands heads side up if it's flipped 10 times is 5. Would you argue thats nonsense and subjective just because you tried it and got 7 heads?

There's a big difference between the probability of a coin landing heads or tails, compared to some random blokes opinion of whether someone should have scored, or not.

We won 4-1, who gives a feck what the expected score might have been, we got 3 points, that's all I'm worried about.

Well I'm happy because of this as well. We also haven't lost to Chelsea at Old Trafford since May 2013, that was meaningless game where we already had title wrapped up while Fergie's retirement still wasn't announced. Last loss to them at home that was significant was the one in 2010 which was huge result for Chelsea as they won the title in the end.

Hope Antony's injury isn't that bad and that Shaw is okay.

This was also our 60th game of the season and there are 2 more to go which will make it 62 - 3rd most for us in PL era behind 66 games in 08/09 and 64 in 16/17.
