Happy to have been proved wrong regarding the line-up.

Jose went for the players he trusted most and whom he knew would run themselves into the ground for him, and boy did it work. Dropping Ibra was a masterstroke - the last thing Chelsea expected was for us to drop our top goalscorer for one that would stretch their defence for pace.

Hope we manage to do the business against Anderlecht and Burnley away now, would be a massive shame if we didn't kick on now until the end of the season.

Courtois was a big miss for chelsea today too, i dont think rashford scores the first goal if courtois was in goal.I am not complaining though. Great performance great day, hopefully this increases our confidence and we can win vs anderlecht and vs burnley in rest of the week.

There were not that many duals down the flanks. Jose tactics dragged Hazard and co infield

I can't remember us. Wing skinned or exposed even once down the flanks towards the 18 yard box as we usually do against teams like Chelsea

This is a forum. I'm sure we've all said things and have been wrong. I personally don't mind being proved wrong if the team wins and plays well like they did today. It was easily the best performance of the season. I thought we looked fluid in the final third I only hope we can build on this big win and have a good end to the season.

It's funny how when you have a massive game like today, more often than not the best line up is not the one with the biggest names but rather the one with the players who will execute your game plan. I recall the match we played against Chelsea many years ago when Alan Smith was still here, and he played in central midfield. Totally dominated Lampard that day and we went on to win.

Playing counter attacking doesn't necessarily mean having less possession. Mourinho said himself after the match that we played counter attacking, so it was clearly the plan

It doesn't matter whether Chelsea or Spurs win the league. We have beaten the eventual champions either way.

We can match anyone. This 22 game unbeaten run isn't to be taken lightly. It's very good progress made. We are a totally different United under Jose. Maybe the fans should start being positive and believing in the club again.
